Royale SA Loyalty Program Terms of Service

1. Introduction

1.1. Welcome to the Royale Skincare SA Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). This Program is designed to reward our valued customers for their loyalty and engagement with Royale Skincare SA (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). 3. Earning Loyalty Points

3.1. Loyalty points are earned based on purchases made on our website, as well as through bonus activities as described on our website.
3.2. The rate at which loyalty points are earned is determined by the tier of membership as follows:
– Bronze Tier: Earn 1 point for every Rand spent.
– Silver Tier: Earn 2 points for every Rand spent.
– Gold Tier: Earn 3 points for every Rand spent.

4. Redeeming Loyalty Points

4.1. Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases at a rate of 100 points for an R5 discount.
4.2. Loyalty points can be redeemed at any time and on any purchase, subject to availability and certain restrictions as may be specified by us.

5. Expiration of Loyalty Points

5.1. Loyalty points expire after 3 months if not used.

6. Bonus Activities

6.1. Bonus points can be earned by reviewing products, creating video reviews, providing feedback, and referring friends as described on our website.

7. Accountability

7.1. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to, or alteration, theft or destruction of a Program member’s loyalty points that result from the actions of third parties, or other events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination of the Program

8.1. We reserve the right to discontinue the Program at any time and without prior notification to the members of the Program.
